Who We Are

Aiico Pension Managers Limited is has been set up to take advantage of the provision of the Pension Reform Act, 2004. Despite the fact that the minimum statutory share capital requirement for PFA’s is N150 million, we have an authorized & paid up capital of N400 million with plans to increase to N650million. We strongly believe that PFA’s will need more than that to keep going before acquiring critical mass.

What We Do

• PENSION FUND ADMINISTRATION: We manage Retirement Savings Accounts.
• PENSION FUND MANAGEMENT: We manage your contributions, ensuring superior returns without compromising the security and liquidity of assets.
• FREE ADVISORY SERVICE: We work together to determine a suitable withdrawal plan.
• PROGRAMMED WITHDRAWALS: On retirement we also assist by managing your programmed withdrawals.
• ADDITIONAL VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTION: We manage/administer additional voluntary contributions (AVC)

How We Do It

• Open retirement savings account for all employees with a Personal Identity Number (PIN)
• Invest and manage pension funds and assets
• Maintain books of account on all transactions relating to pension funds under our management.
• Provide regular information on investment strategy, market returns and other performance indicators to the commission and employees or beneficiaries of the retirement savings accounts.
• Provide customer service support to employees including access to employees account balances and statement on demand.
• Cause to be paid retirement benefits to employees in accordance with the provision of the Act.
• Calculate retirement benefits.
